MEMBERSHIP & PARTNERSHIP
Membership & Partnerships
TAQCIT provides two distinct routes: formal membership follows the bylaws and annual-meeting process, while research, industry, education, and international partnership inquiries are accepted year-round. A partnership inquiry is not a membership application.
FORMAL MEMBERSHIP
Formal Membership Application
TAQCIT currently accepts written applications once each year on site at the annual meeting. Membership still requires board review and payment under the approved bylaws.
Apply on site
Complete the written application at the annual meeting. Event attendance, subscriptions, and social-media follows do not automatically confer membership.
Board review
Under the approved bylaws, the Board of Directors reviews membership applications. TAQCIT then communicates the result and next steps.
Pay dues and complete the record
After paying the entrance and annual fees for the approved class, TAQCIT confirms the membership record and member information.

The figures below follow the Ministry of the Interior–approved bylaws currently provided. A later lawfully completed amendment or current annual notice takes precedence.

Member Rights and Duties
Governance participation
Members have voting, election, candidacy, and recall rights under the bylaws, one vote per member, except sponsor and honorary members.
Institutional duties
Members follow the bylaws and resolutions and pay required dues. Members in arrears may not exercise membership rights.
Maintaining status
Two consecutive years of unpaid dues result in automatic withdrawal. Reinstatement requires board approval and payment of arrears.

These are announced ticket arrangements, not permanent entitlements. Eligibility depends on each event notice and verification of current membership.

YEAR-ROUND PARTNERSHIPS
Year-Round Partnership Route
Partnership inquiries do not need to wait for the annual meeting. This route establishes collaboration contact and does not create membership rights.
Research & Industry
Joint forums, research exchange, demonstrations, supply chains, and use-case collaboration.
Talent & Education
Lectures, workshops, courses, student communities, and workforce development.
International Engagement
Quantum organizations, delegations, joint events, public reports, and exchange proposals.
Governance & Culture
Policy, standards, ethics, philosophy, arts, and public-dialogue initiatives.
Please include your organization or name, topic, proposed timing, intended outcome, and contact details. TAQCIT publishes a partnership or uses a partner logo only after both sides confirm it.
