GLOBAL QUANTUM ECOSYSTEM

International Engagement & Cooperation

Based in Taiwan, TAQCIT connects with the global quantum ecosystem through verifiable forums, bilateral exchange, and industry observations while welcoming proposals across research, supply chains, talent development, and responsible technology governance.

COLLABORATION VALUE

Directions for International Cooperation

These directions can begin a proposal. Participants, duration, responsibilities, and public outcomes are confirmed case by case by both sides.

01

Research & Technology Exchange

Potential work may include joint forums, researcher exchange, demonstrations, and connections between laboratories and industry needs.

02

Industry & Supply Chains

Potential work may connect Taiwan's semiconductor, cryogenic, photonic, control, packaging, software, and systems-integration capabilities.

03

Talent & Education

Potential work may include international lectures, student exchange, workshops, courses, and quantum workforce development.

04

Policy, Standards & Governance

Potential work may include industry roadmaps, pre-standardization dialogue, security migration, ethics, and responsible technology-governance dialogue.

COOPERATION ROUTE

Inquiry and Evaluation Process

International cooperation inquiries may currently be sent by email throughout the year. Formal collaboration, roles, timing, and outcomes require separate confirmation by both sides. This process is separate from formal membership applications.

01

Send a brief

Identify your organization, topic, timing, participants, and intended output.

02

Define a preliminary scope

If the inquiry proceeds to evaluation, discuss organizer roles, content responsibility, budget, data use, and external communication.

03

Confirm authorization

Obtain approval from both sides as required. Names, rosters, and logos are not published before confirmation.

04

Plan a verifiable outcome

After collaboration is confirmed, plan a program, report, joint statement, event record, or follow-up work as appropriate.

PUBLIC EVIDENCE

Publication Principles for Collaboration Records

Verifiable

The collaboration name, date, organizations, and public links can be checked.

Outcome-oriented

The work leaves a report, roadmap, presentation, media record, training outcome, or follow-up project.

Maintainable

Dates and responsible contacts are identified so obsolete titles, logos, and partnership status do not persist.
