GOVERNING BODIES

Governing Bodies under the Bylaws

General Assembly

The highest authority, normally convened once each year. Members exercise voting, election, candidacy, and recall rights as provided by the bylaws.

Board of Directors

Eleven directors and three alternates. Directors elect three executive directors and then elect the president from among them.

Board of Supervisors

Three supervisors and one alternate. The supervisors elect one executive supervisor to oversee board work and finances.

Administrative Operations

The bylaws allow a secretary-general and other staff. Current personnel, responsibilities, and contact points follow TAQCIT's latest formal announcement.

Institutional rules and documents are published first. Current rosters, internal administration, and personal data require version and authorization checks.

Verifiable

Every governance record should trace to a formal document, competent-authority record, or TAQCIT approval.

Maintainable

Lists, bylaws, and association information carry versions or update dates so obsolete material does not persist.

Public–internal separation

Public outcomes and institutional information belong on the website; personal, financial, and internal administrative data receive appropriate protection.
