Chairman Ching-Ray Chang and representatives of foreign missions in Taiwan, international quantum industry leaders, distinguished guests, and members of the media, good afternoon, everyone. I am Kung Ming-hsin, Minister of Economic Affairs. It is a pleasure to address you today through this video. First, I would like to thank TAQCIT, SEMI, and all our partners for bringing us together for today's International Quantum Industry Leaders Press Conference and Luncheon. I would also like to extend my greetings to the American Institute in Taiwan, and to the missions of Australia, Canada, France, and Germany, Israel, Korea, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, represented today by representatives and deputies, as well as science and technology officials. Your presence reflects the international community's strong interest in advancing quantum technology. It also underscores Taiwan's increasingly important role in global quantum collaboration and industrial partnerships. Taiwan has a strong foundation in semiconductors and information and communications technology. Through Quantum Taiwan Forum 2026, we look forward to further connecting international technologies with Taiwan's industrial capabilities and market resources, fostering concrete partnerships and accelerating innovation toward real-world applications. Finally, I wish today's event every success and all of you fruitful exchanges. Thank you.
